Policy Updates for 2025
I will no longer be offering 2-week board and train programs. While I’ve provided this option in the past, I’ve realized that this timeframe doesn’t set most dogs up for success. Dogs need an adjustment period when they are dropped off, and two weeks often isn’t enough time for them to settle and truly benefit from training. Rushing the process isn’t fair to the dogs, my clients, or the results I aim to deliver. For those reasons, this service has been discontinued.
To keep things running smoothly and ensure fairness, all payments are now required at drop-off for every service. If your dog’s boarding stay needs to be extended, payment for the additional time can still be made at pick-up.
To prevent last-minute cancellations, a 50% deposit is now required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at drop-off.
For evaluations, a $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policies
Drop-off and pick-up times must now be scheduled in advance, especially on weekends. Weekdays tend to be more flexible, but weekends are when I focus on private lessons and training my personal dogs.
Sunday Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Must be scheduled for before 7:00 AM or after 3:00 PM. Other times may be accommodated if planned in advance.
Weekday Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Unless other arrangements are made, drop-offs are between 8:00–10:00 AM, and pick-ups are between 3:00–5:00 PM.
